Throughout his career, Ric led Allstate's claims division across much of the United States, with particular focus on the Southeast region's claims and regulatory processes. Now serving as an insurance consultant following his recent retirement from executive leadership, he continues to apply decades of industry knowledge to help organizations navigate complex insurance challenges.

Beyond his professional work, Ric is an accomplished aviator who has built and flown his own aircraft for more than 40 years — a lifelong pursuit that reflects the same precision, discipline, and commitment to excellence he has brought to his career in insurance.

Ric is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and holds various insurance certifications.
