Her career includes nearly 15 years at Oracle, along with roles at Gateway Computers and other technology companies. As a former business and technology teacher, Nikki possesses valuable expertise in curriculum development and educational leadership — experience directly applicable to designing effective learning programs.

Nikki holds a B.S. from Indiana State University and an M.B.A. from Ball State University. Her commitment to education continues through active involvement with P.E.O., an international philanthropic sorority providing scholarships for women. Her background in teaching, curriculum design, and technology leadership brings essential perspective to our development of transformational sales training.
