Kristen McGregor brings over two decades of enterprise technology leadership, anchored by a 22-year tenure at Oracle, where she served as Vice President of Solution Engineering. Colleagues have consistently described her as a motivating, thought-provoking leader deeply committed to both business outcomes and organizational culture. Earlier in her career, she gained foundational sales experience as an Account Executive at NCR Corporation, and she holds a finance degree from Miami University in Ohio.

Kristen's move into financial leadership represents a natural evolution of her passion for developing high-performing teams and driving results. Her combination of solution engineering expertise, financial acumen, and proven leadership will strengthen the operational and financial infrastructure as the company pursues ambitious growth.

Kristen, in her capacity as Chief Financial Officer, serves as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and governance leadership.
