Javier Revilla

Javier Revilla joins the SellingSkills.io Industry & Technical Advisory Board as a specialist in manufacturing, industrial process, and supply chain and logistics, bringing over 30 years of experience leading global IT organizations and delivering enterprise transformation across manufacturing, aerospace and defense, insurance, and technology sectors.

Javier currently serves as Director of IT — Process Excellence at Dematic, a KION Group company, where he leads enterprise initiatives to enhance IT performance, governance, and delivery execution, and serves as Chief of Staff to the CIO. Previously, he held leadership roles at Teledyne FLIR, Farmers Insurance Group, SKF Group, and Eaton Corporation, leading large-scale ERP, PLM, cloud, and global compliance initiatives.

Javier holds two Master of Science degrees from Kettering University, in Manufacturing Management and Operations Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Grand Valley State University. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, with working knowledge of Portuguese.
