
Dr. Anderson serves as a Special Advisor to SellingSkills.io, bringing decades of experience in revenue enablement, sales leadership, and higher education administration. He currently serves as Head of Global Revenue Enablement at WalkMe, an SAP company, where he leads the strategy, planning, and execution of enablement for global go-to-market teams — improving and amplifying the skills and behaviors of sellers while driving increased revenue attainment.
Dr. Anderson spent more than two decades at Oracle in progressively senior leadership roles, most recently as Group Vice President of Sales Excellence for Applications Sales and Solution Engineering, where he built revenue and enablement programs supporting thousands of sellers and contributed to greater than 30% year-over-year SaaS growth across five consecutive years. Between his Oracle tenures, he served as Regional Vice President of Global Market Readiness at Salesforce, leading enablement for a 29,000-employee organization. Earlier, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Sales & Client Success Officer at Creatives On Call and served as a Visiting Adjunct Professor in the Higher Education Administration graduate program at Kent State University.
Dr. Anderson holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University, an M.S. Ed. from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, and a B.S. in Human Services from Montana State University Billings, where he was a two-time All-American gymnast.
